Coordinated Approach to Children's Health
This school year we will be sure to incorporate more cardio into our lessons. Less down time and more moving around.
For the first 10-15 min. of class students will keep track of their laps that they complete. There will be 3 levels, Gold (60), Silver(40) & Bronze (60)
Teachers!!! Get up and get out. Everyday a coach will be on the track at 4:30. We will be there for you to enjoy the day, clear our minds, and walk at least a mile.
We are going to promote healthy living by offering healthy drinks, and snacks.
Generate lesson plans that will go over healthy eating habits. Examples include a monthly survey, setting healthy goals with 7 days to a more healthy lifestyle.
