E.C.H.O: Encouraging the College-Bound into Healthcare Occupations - Introduces students to nursing and allied health careers (particularly juniors and seniors) - provides career information- Texas H.O.T. Jobs (Health Opportunities in Texas)- information on 90 different careers in healthcare -Job shadowing opportunities -the opportunity to apply to a health careers summer camp -Guest speakers- healthcare professionals -Group community service activities -Earn certification as Junior Health Educators- become equipped with the tools, skills, and knowledge needed to promote healthy lifestyles -Students who complete these requirements are eligible to be chosen for one of five $1500 education scholarships.
